Monday, August 19 th
4:00 – 5:30 p.m. Arrival welcome wine and cheese social at clubhouse. Hosted by Bella Terra
RV Resort
o Welcome, introductions, and information distribution
o Rally attendees will be asked to confirm participation in one event requiring reservations,
and two evening meals
Dinner on your own
Tuesday, August 20 th
9:00a.m. caravan departure in your POV to USS Alabama Battleship Memorial Park, Mobile
o Information and directions handout distributed at Monday night's social
4:00 – 5:30 p.m. social at site 224 (or clubhouse if poor weather).
o BYOB. Bringing of a light appetizer to share is optional.
Dinner on your own
Wednesday, August 21 st
9:00a.m. caravan departure in your POV to National Aviation Museum, Pensacola
o Information and directions handout distributed at Monday night's social
4:30 – 6:00 p.m. social at site 224 (or clubhouse if poor weather).
o BYOB. Bringing of a light appetizer to share is optional.
6:00 p.m. caravan departure in your POV for “group” dinner at local restaurant.
o Participation will have been confirmed at Monday's social. (Seating in conversational
groupings, not long banquet tables. This is not a business meeting style activity.)
Thursday, August 22 nd
9:00 – 10:15 a.m. “Coffee Talk” in Clubhouse
o Hosted by Merrill Lynch financial advisor Rick Thome
o Coffee and donuts provided by Merrill Lynch’s Rick Thome
Late morning Dolphin boat cruise, weather permitting.
o Time TBD based upon number of participants.
o Participation will have been confirmed at Monday’s social
4:30 p.m. social in clubhouse
o BYOB. Bringing of a light appetizer to share is optional
6:00 p.m. Club dinner in clubhouse.
o Poolside-grilled, hamburger and hotdogs with sides
o Participation will have been confirmed at Monday's social.
o This is a per person, cost share event
o Bring your own beverage, plates, napkins and utensils
Club meeting in clubhouse, immediately following dinner.
o Non-member guests may be present at meeting but not propose business to the floor or
participate in voting
Friday, August 23 rd
Rally end.
o No Tiffin Travelers activities scheduled.
o Those extending their stay should consult resort calendar for activities during the
remainder of their stay.
4:00 – 5:30 p.m. Beer and BINGO in the Clubhouse
5:00 p.m. Hot Glass Blowout at Coastal Arts Center at Orange Beach
o 26389 Canal Road (Hwy. 180)
o Live glass blowing. Awesome demos by talented glass artists, NEW Hot Shop T-shirts &
jewelry, bring your own beverage- Come join the fun!
Saturday, August 24 th
2:00 p.m. Popsicles by the pool
5:00 – 8:00 p.m. Street Party at The Wharf! Music by the Jay Williams Band, followed by Spectra
sound and light show. Admission is FREE!
