Tiffin Travelers Winter Rally and Annual Business Meeting
February 2017 at Lazydays RV Resort in Seffner, Florida
Tiffin Travelers rally activities will begin the afternoon of February 20, 2017.
To attend all rally activities, you must reserve five nights beginning February 20th, 2017.
Due to the popularity of this location, this rally is for chapter members only and has sold out. The reservation deadline was changed to an earlier date - January 20th - instead of the originally published Feb. 1st, but we were sold out by mid January. If you hesitated, you missed out on what will be a good time at what will be our largest rally to date. Because we reached the resort's site limit for us, we have removed from this page the additional reservation phone number, rates, and other information.
To extend the fun and fellowship, our event group has rally-rate sites available for a total of seven nights beginning February 19th and departing February 26th. AND, if space was available, some have extended their stay by adding up to two more nights at the rally rate.
Tiffin owners not registered for the rally are invited to come enjoy the fun at socials in the rally center from 3:00 until 5:30 on Wednesday the 22nd; and, 4:00 on Thursday the 23rd. We'll also be on the lawn beside site 285 at 4:30 on Saturday the 25th.
The rally hosts have been recently corresponding directly with only the reserved members regarding specific meal and activities and required prepayment of rally fees. Pre-paid events and meals include a Tampa Bay yacht cruise and luncheon aboard Yacht Starship on Tuesday, February 21st; a private patio light brunch of four small courses with accompanying wine tastings on Thursday, February 23rd at Keele and Curley Winery; and, two catered dinners and a catered breakfast.
Required prepayment for on-site catered meals was communicated by email to known registrants. All registered attendees met the deadline and have prepaid their three rally meals.

Monday, Feb. 20th is rally begin date. Most attendees have already arrived.

Tuesday through Friday – Free Breakfast and Lunch are available at the Sales Center for all who don’t have conflicting schedules. Coupons will be given to you by the front desk when you check-in for your site.
Tuesday, Feb. 21st – Late morning carpool departure in your vehicles for those who prepaid for Yacht Cruise Luncheon. Information and tickets will be in your welcome packet.
=Remainder of day and evening on your own. Welcome packet will have suggestions for other afternoon activities.
Wednesday, 22nd – Morning and early afternoon are yours to enjoy. Don’t forget free breakfast and lunch at the Sales Center.
=3:00 Business Meeting in rally center, open to all Tiffin owners on site.
=4:30 Social in Rally Center. Open to all Tiffin owners on site. Bring your own beverage and optional light snack to share.
=6:00 Fully catered dinner in rally center. For pre-paid registered rally attendees only. Tickets will be in your welcome packet.
Thursday, 23rd – Late morning departure in your vehicles for those who prepaid for the Winery wine tasting. For pre-paid registered rally attendees only. Information and tickets will be in your welcome packet.
=Optional Parksdale Farm Market visit after the winery.
=4:00 Indoor games (board games and corn hole), and social time at the Rally Center. Open to all Tiffin owners on site. Bring your own beverage and snacks.
=Dinner on your own.
Friday, 24th – After free breakfast….
=9:30 Jewelry making craft session conducted by Marge Mazzone. Fee applicable. Advance sign-up required to ensure supplies are available.
=4:30 Social in Rally Center for pre-paid registered rally attendees only. Bring your own beverage. Snacks will be provided.
=6:00 Fully catered dinner in Rally Center. For pre-paid registered rally attendees only. Tickets will be in your welcome packet.
=7:00 Movie on the lawn of the rally center. Bring your own beverage and popcorn.
Saturday, 25th – 8:00 a.m. Fully catered hot breakfast in Rally Center. For pre-paid registered rally attendees only. Tickets will be in your welcome packet.
=Rally wrap-up during breakfast.

=11:00 Fun Art Attitude Adjustment create your own unique work of art session conducted by Marty Whitney. Fee applicable. Advance sign-up required to ensure ample supplies are available.
=Remainder of day and evening on your own. Rally has ended. Most attendees depart on Sunday.
=4:30 social on the "white house lawn" beside site 285. Bring your own chair, beverage and optional snack.
