For those wondering why the early cutoff date for site reservations and activity prepayments... RV parks in the south have a very healthy fall and winter business. Many have gone away from accepting rallies October through March, and more are making the switch. We are extremely fortunate when a member can arrange a rally in the south during these peak times. Park owners set the reservation cutoff dates in order to be able to release the unsold rally sites to the public to entice faithful fans and return business. Likewise, group attendance at activity venues and meals must be scheduled, booked and planned sufficiently in advance of arrival.

Development of a full and fun agenda is already well underway and shown below, but is subject to adjustments. Because of commitments to caterers and vendors, there is a required prepayment for the rally activities noted below as "included in rally fee". Known registrants were emailed 7/11/19 requesting submission of the required rally fee prepayment, and all have been received. If you did not receive the 7/11 email requesting prepayment, you are not on the participant's list.

If you must cancel an existing reservation, first notify your hosts Charles and Mona Trahan with carbon copy to tiffintravelers@gmail.com. Later you will notify the RV Park. Cancellation emails will receive a reply from the rally hosts or Tiffin Travelers. Cancellation emails received by September 15th will receive a refund of their rally prepayment. Late cancellations, or an unexpected excessive number of cancellations, could result in a lesser refund amount based upon contractual obligations with vendors.

To all registered attendees: Your rally hosts will be on sites 288 (Trahan) and 289 (Hebert) and they look forward to greeting you and filling your week with entertaining options.

Remember to wear a name tag to all functions, or incur a 50 cent fine for each infraction to be imposed by the chapter sheriff designee. 😁
