Deadline to reserve was March 11, 2016. We have 25 coaches booked.

The club will offset up to $300 toward Thursday catered dinner for members.

Rally hosts are Frances and Tom Fonner. tomfonner@aol.com. As of March 26th, tour groups and meal planning is underway, so the headcount is now fixed at the known 26 attending coaches. If you cancel, please advise the rally hosts, as the resort's privacy policy prohibits them telling the Fonners who has registered or cancelled.

Resort took one night's rental deposit to reserve your site. If you cancel by April 8, you will have all but $5 of your deposit refunded. There is no refund of deposit if you cancel after April 8.

Arrive early and or stay late to accommodate your travel schedule. However, because of rallies before and after ours, there are few extended stay opportunities.

There was very low interest in playing golf, so golf would be an option on your own.

The agenda is developing and being fine tuned here. Remember to where a name tag to all functions, or pay a fine to the sheriff.

April 11th, Monday - is arrival day.

Receive your welcome packet at the host's coach on site 210.

Pay your small rally fee (estimated at $8 per person, after credit adjustment from chapter treasury) and pay for the Tuesday tram tour ($12.72 per person) Exact change please, or personal check to host.

Sign up for Thursday afternoon activities, including Attitude Adjustment Art session ($30 per person to create your masterpiece, paid separately from above fees)

Afternoon social, immediately followed by Stuff Your Baked Potato dinner. You provide your nuked spud and fill it with the stuffings available. Time available between social and dinner to get your cooked spud, plate, beverage and utensils from your coach.

Trivia game following dinner. Winning team splits the pot of $1 per person entry fee.

Tuesday, April 12th -

Depart at about 8:15 in your car for a 9:30 a.m. group buffet breakfast in the Grand Dining Room of the Jekyll Island Club Hotel.

Noon group tram tour "Passport to the Century" boards at the Jekyll Island Museum. You'll have time to browse before boarding.

Afternoon on your own

Afternoon social at RV park. Bring your own beverage and optional snack to share.

Dinner on your own

Wednesday, April 13th -

Depart at about 7:30 a.m. in your car headed north for Cracker Barrel breakfast, I-95 Exit 36A

9:30 a.m. tour of Hofwyl-Broadfield Plantation, $6 per person group rate

Travel to Fort Frederica on St. Simons Island for video, grounds and museum. Free Admission.

Travel to Mallery Street on St. Simons Island for lunch on your own and shopping.

Optional, on your own, St. Simons Lighthouse and Museum tour of tower, grounds, museum and victorian gazebo. $12 per person

Remainder of day and evening on your own

Thursday, April 14th -

Free day to explore and see what you missed on previous days if you pooped out.

2:00 activities at RV Resort include: Attitude Adjustment Fun Art session $30 per person; horseshoes tournament; shuffleboard; ladder ball tournament; and, share experiences of coach ownership and travel.

Afternoon social at RV park. Bring your own beverage and optional snack to share.

Georgia BBQ dinner at RV park. Bring your own beverage, plate and utensils.
