Tiffin Travelers Chapter Rally and Annual Business Meeting
Arrival Wednesday, April 22 2020; Departure Sunday April 26, 2020
Four rally nights.
DO NOT attempt to reserve a site by contacting the RV Park! Instead, follow below instructions to contact the rally hosts to be put on a wait list for reservations. We are in "wait list" mode, so if any confirmed attendees have a change of plans, please notify the rally hosts so that your slot can be filled.
For those already confirmed to attend, your hosts are developing the agenda and will communicate directly with you via email. So that you have a glimmer and can prepare...
The rally agenda will include: BYO beverage and BYO snacks to share afternoon socials; a silent auction (so bring your stuff to sell and you get all the proceeds); and, the annual 1-hour-or-less business meeting.
The rally agenda probably will also include: outdoor games with prizes awarded; bingo with prizes awarded (so bring pennies as markers); a meal or two at a local restaurant; and, maybe a meal at the resort.
Other rally activities are yet to be determined.

As stated above our allocation of sites has been filled and we now have wait list requests to attend if any cancellations should occur. If there are cancellations of those already registered, the wait listed coaches will be contacted - first in first out. When you submit an email to register, the rally hosts will confirm by email your addition to a wait list and will follow-up later if a site becomes available. The originally posted deadline was March 1, 2020 but, as expected, the limited number of rally sites filled far in advance of that deadline. All the previously posted rally info follows below....

Carol and Lou Mandik are your hosts for this four night chapter rally.
The nightly rate of $31 already includes the applicable taxes and resort fee. No additional discounts (Good Sam, AAA, FMCA, etc.) will be available. All sites are full hook-up back-in. No pull-through sites will be available.
Arrive early and remain longer. Attendees can request 2 additional pre-rally nights and 2 additional post rally nights at the rally rate of $31 per night. No site prepayments or fees are payable now. You will pay the Resort for your site when you check-in at the Resort. At a date closer to the rally, after the agenda has become more firm, you may be asked to make prepayment of a rally fee which will be paid to the chapter for credit toward the rally’s expense.

The RV Park has a beautiful heated pool, mini-golf, shuffleboard and a rec hall with kitchen. Nearby you will find the beach, outlet stores, golf courses, flea markets, restaurants, Treasure Coast museums, pontoon boat rides, etc. An internet link to the Resort’s site map is shown above.
The agenda is under development and will be posted here if and when appropriate. Otherwise, when enough agenda information is developed it will be communicated via email to the confirmed attendees.
Remember to wear a name tag to all functions, or incur a 50 cent fine for each infraction. 😁
