The hosts Prepared an agenda which will give attendees ample opportunity to experience the areas surrounding the rv parks and the rich and significant history of these locations. The Williamsburg area oozes history and opportunity for exploring, including nearby Jamestown, Yorktown, Hampton Roads, Norfolk, etc. The same can be said for the “Outer Banks” of North Carolina with Ocracoke Island, Fort Raleigh, Nags Head, Kitty Hawk, etc. Emails were sent April 19th and May 13th to known attendees. Required prepayments to the hosts must be postmarked by May 1. If you didn't get an email, the hosts don't know you are coming and you are not included in headcounts of these fully booked events.

Chapter members will receive $5 per person credit (max of $10 per coach) toward the estimated rally fee yet to be determined. The agenda is developed to include activities at the resorts and in the neighboring communities.

Attendees should be prepared for several of our customary afternoon socials of BYOB and bring a snack to share.
