Event COVID-cancelled January 15th, 2021

Out of an abundance of caution the INTO Area Rally has been cancelled, therefore our chapter pre-rally is also cancelled. Thank you to INTO for attempting the event and thank you to them for their consideration of our well being in deciding to cancel. INTO issued full refunds to all registrants.

Chapter Two-Night Pre-Rally Begins Saturday, April 17th


Although INTO may not have a deadline to reserve, a February 1st deadline has been set by our chapter for the purposes of dual and simultaneous registration for the chapter pre-rally and INTO

Effective immediately and until rescinded by FMCA: " It is now required for every person attending an FMCA event to read and sign the COVID-19 Waiver & Release of Liability Form. This will be true for all chapter rallies, area rallies, and national conventions. If someone attending your rally does not sign the waiver, they are not permitted to attend the event. " Provided here is a link to a sample of the form which we will have printed and available for you to sign upon your arrival at the event:


There is limited availability for 50 amp sites for the combo event - INTO and the chapter’s pre-rally. Act now to reserve a 50 amp site. Dilly dally and only 30 amp will be available.

Print the INTO registration form and follow the instructions to mail it to INTO with your registration check payable to INTO. If also attending the chapter pre-rally (to begin April 17th) make these adjustments and notations on the registration form:

On the amp-appropriate line labeled “Arrival April 18….”, in the column labeled “QTY” write “ one site 4/17 arrival * ”. In the column labeled “Total” write“$60” or “$50” (amount depends upon whether you are writing on the selection line for 50 amp or 30 amp)

At the bottom of the page write “* Add’l funds enclosed for 4/17 early arrival to Tiffin Travelers Pre-Rally

In summary, for a 50 amp site beginning 4/17 and departing 4/23 you will write a check for $360. For a 30 amp site beginning 4/17 and departing 4/23 you will write a check for $350. Additional funds are required for those attending the Ladies Tea. If you are not registering for our chapter pre-rally, your earliest arrival date is 4/18 and your remittance is accordingly less.


If you are registering for the chapter pre-rally, send an email to tiffintravelers@gmail.com to advise you have registered for our rally and INTO. If you don’t send the email to us, those of us in the chapter who are not psychics will have no knowledge of your plan to attend and we will not know to include you when we issue rally updates.

If you want to attend the chapter pre-rally but have already submitted your INTO registration, you must remit to INTO the additional funds required by them for arrival on 4/17. Include with your check a brief note sufficiently identifying yourself and your contact information and stating that you have submitted the additional funds for the purpose of attending the 4/17/21 Tiffin Travelers Chapter pre-rally.

The INTO Area Rally officially opens the evening of Monday, April 19th and ends Friday morning, April 23rd. The INTO rally includes: 4 Nights Camping, Hot Dog Bash, Dance Party, Ice Cream Social, Vendors, 2 days Coffee & Donuts, Seminars, FMCA Benefits Update, Chapter Fair, 2 Nights Entertainment, Catered Breakfast, $ Ladies Tea, Pet Parade, Chapter Evening, Card Bingo, INTO Membership Meeting, BBQ Contest, Picnic, Craft & Yard Sale and more. Because Chapters are vital to the success of FMCA, INTO has included several opportunities on the INTO agenda specifically for the chapters.

INTO has also offered Chapters the opportunity to hold their respective pre-rallys. The Tiffin Travelers Chapter pre-rally arrival date is Saturday, April 17th, a day earlier than the scheduled INTO early arrival day. This will offer our chapter two days to schedule our own events and chapter-level mingle time prior to the first INTO activity occurring at 6 p.m. on Monday, April 19th.

It is too early to set an agenda for the chapter pre-rally, but there will be plenty of time for chapter member mingling. An agenda will be posted to the website and/or communicated to known registrants.
