Nightly rate of $45 for full hook-ups included tax

Rally hosts were Phyllis and Dave Hunter

$35 rally fee per couple collected at arrival day social. Below preliminary agenda included request to confirm in advance attendance at a Playhouse group event.

Preliminary Schedule of Activities:

Sunday, October 18th

• Arrival day
• 5:00 p.m. – Social time at the Rec Center
  • BYO beverage. Snacks will be provided
• Rally fee of $35 per couple to be collected at social will cover provided food and related expenses
• Dinner on your own

Monday, October 19^th

• 9:00 a.m. – Donuts at the Rec Center
  • Bring your own coffee or morning beverage
• 5:00 p.m. – Pot luck dinner at the Rec Center
  • Chicken will be provided
  • Each coach brings a side dish and serving utensil
  • Bring your own beverage, plates, utensils and napkins

Tuesday, October 20^th

• 9:00 a.m. – Donuts at the Rec Center
  • Bring your own coffee or morning beverage
• 2:00 p.m. - Wire Wrap Bracelet class offered by member Marge Mazzone. Choose Autumn or Christmas colors. Cost is $5.00 .
• 5:00 p.m. – Social time at the Rec Center
  • BYOB and an optional snack to share
  • If bringing a shareable snack, please bring necessary serving utensils and/or plates

Wednesday, October 21^st

• 9:00 a.m. – Donuts at the Rec Center
  • Bring your own coffee or morning beverage
• 2:00 p.m. – Flat Rock Playhouse (“Pump Boys and Dinettes”)
  • Advance headcount required before Sept. 18^th, notify Phyllis Hunter NOW
  • $36 per person
• 6:00 p.m. – Pizza at the Rec Center
  • Non potent beverages and pizza provided.
  • Bring your own plates, napkins and utensils
• Door prize drawing

Thursday, October 22^nd
