 We hoped to see many of you in March at Perry.  We scheduled our annual business meeting and election of officers for March 12th at 4:00p.m. in Seminar 7 space.  The meeting agenda is shown below. For those not attending the Perry convention, a Zoom meeting option was available.  All members were emailed the meeting Agenda and Zoom meeting specifics on March 4, 2025.

President Rusty La Barre created a text group of all members known to be attending Perry so that you can stay in touch with each other while on the grounds.

As part of planning we requested:  "After you register for FRVA Perry, please let us know at   tiffintravelers@gmail. com   so that we can have you on our chapter's list of attendees and keep you in the loop of any on-site chapter activities.  President Rusty La Barre will be arranging details of time and place chapter activities and all known Perry attendees will be kept in the loop to the best of his abilities. "

Establishment of a Quorum:

President’s Report: Chapter Rallies – A combined rally with Penn Coachmen in July, 2023 had three TT attendees. I received no communication from them regarding the rally. In October, I tried to communicate with a Virginia based Tiffin Allegro Club to share activities but that organization requested our membership contact information, which I declined to provide. In November, I also put out feelers for a pre or post rally around GEAR 2024. There was some interest but that effort dissolved when GEAR 24 was cancelled due to Hurricane Helene. With the cancellation of GEAR 2024, a request to be excused from the Annual Meeting requirement was sent to the FMCA National Secretary and the next Annual Meeting was set for the National Convention & Expo in Perry, GA. As your President, I have attended most of the Eastern Area Board Zoom meetings and have been involved in the planning of GEAR 25, which will be the first week of November, 2025 at the Ocean Lakes RV Resort, 6003 S Kings Hwy, Myrtle Beach, SC. There are a limited number of sites set aside for GEAR so it is advisable to make reservations far in advance. Their cancellation policy is generous.
